Eat it before it cools down.
The next day you will feel much better. As you see its really easy to make soup because when you are sick you don’t have the energy for cooking something special. Try to cook this easy soup and recover your body.
Hello! Sorry to hear that you are ill but we will cure you very quickly with our advices and recipes 😉
So, here is my recipe for healthy soup:
You need: 2 tbsp olive oil, 300g celery sliced, with tough strings removed, 1 garlic clove, peeled, 200g potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks, 500ml vegetable stock, 100ml milk.
Step 1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat, tip in the celery, garlic and potatoes and coat in the oil. Add a splash of water and a big pinch of salt and cook, stirring regularly for 15 mins, adding a little more water if the veg begins to stick.
Step 2. Pour in the vegetable stock and bring to the boil, then turn the heat down and simmer for 20 mins further, until the potatoes are falling apart and the celery is soft. Use a stick blender to purée the soup, then pour in the milk and blitz again. Season to taste. Bon Appetit!
Hi Medina! I hope you have someone to take care of you, here’s the recipe of a nice smoothie to keep you in shape.
Grapefruit contains the daily norm of the most important vitamin C for activating the immune system. Fruit acids actively remove excess water from the body cells, which helps to put in order the increased pressure and to remove swelling. And drinking yogurt activates the metabolism.
If you are sick, one of the most pleasant ways to cheer up in the morning is a large glass of grapefruit smoothie. It’s very simple: cleanse one grapefruit from the skin and films, divide into slices, add a raspberry banana, a teaspoon of honey, pour yogurt and whisk in a blender.
Hello Medina! It’s nice to hear you again! I am so sorry tohear about your illness, hope that you will feel better in few days. In those days, when I felt myself bad and crashed, all I wanted to do is to lie in my bed and watch films. However, when we are sick, it’s very important to keep eating healthy food and help our organism to have more energy for fighting with virus. So, my best decision is to make for myself a chicken soup. It’s always a good decision to make it even when you are not sick, because it is quite filling and nutritious. Try to make it  and you will see the results. Stay healthy!
