Are there cycling programs to become more trained and hard-working? from Stuart Barnett
Hello, my name is Poll and I am 23 years old. I visit the gym regularly, do lots of strength and cardio exercise and follow a healthy diet. But I always try to vary my workout plan so now I have decided to go cycling twice a week. What do you think about it? Will it help me to achieve better results? I’ve read that this activity is really effective.
What distances I have to cycle on, to keep the body fit? What bicycle to choose for long-distance road riding? What additional equipment do I need? Are there cycling programs to become more trained and hard-working? Do I need special clothes or shoes for cycling workouts?
I will really appreciate your advice. I’m looking forward to your answers, thank you very much.
Hey, Poll! I`m in love with my Garmin Vivoactive, I`ve recently checked and it`s still in the top fitness trackers for cycling list. It is super accurate in measurements and I love its touchscreen, the interface is easy to understand, I do not worry when I swim in it, as it`s waterproof. I use it together with the app on my phone. You can also look for various top lists online. I found out that the most rated device for cycling is Garmin Edge 520, the most affordable one is Moov Now 3D. There are so many of them, Poll, I`m sure you`ll find the best for you.
