Hello, my name is Poll and I am 23 years old. I visit the gym regularly, do lots of strength and cardio exercise and follow a healthy diet. But I always try to vary my workout plan so now I have decided to go cycling twice a week. What do you think about it? Will it help me to achieve better results?
