GARNET COCKTAIL

Pomegranate, like pumpkin, is useful in iron deficiency anaemia, and fibre, contained in oat flakes, lowers the level of harmful cholesterol.

Ingredients

  • glasses of pomegranate seeds
  • 1 bunch of spinach
  • ½ frozen mango
  • ½ cup frozen blueberry
  • 2 tablespoons oatmeal
  • 1 orange

Instructions

  1. Orange peel and cut into small pieces. 
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a blender to a homogeneous mass (if the blender is not powerful enough, pomegranate seeds should be replaced with a glass of unsweetened pomegranate juice).
