Cole salad with radish


  • 200 g cabbage
  • 200 g daikon you can take an ordinary radish,
  • 50 g carrots
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • ground coriander - on the tip of the knife
  • green onion - to taste salt is not used


  1. Cole thinly chop, daikon and carrots rub, mix vegetables.

  2. Pour a mixture of olive oil with lemon juice and coriander.
  3. Sprinkle the salad with chopped green onions.
