  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 1 pear
  • 1 blood orange
  • 1 tbsp of coconut flakes
  • 1 cup of vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup ice


  1. Stem the strawberries if they are fresh.

  2. Cut the pear into pieces.

  3. Peel the blood orange.

  4. Place all of the fruit, ice, and milk into a cup of a blender and give them a mix. The consistency you're going for is frothy.

  5. Pour into glasses and garnish with the coconut flakes.
