As for me, healthy desserts are those, which consist of fruits, nuts and the organic ingredients. My recipe for you is pretty straightforward – cookies without sugar and flour.
All you need is:
Almond flour – 150 g,
Baking powder – 1/4 tsp,
Peanut – 100 g,
Honey – 120 g,
Sesame – 30 g, a smidgen of salt.
First step. We should prepare peanut butter: pour peanuts on a dish, put in an oven, heated to 200 degrees, for 6 minutes; take it out and lard into a cold surface; peel peanuts and put it in a glass, add a smidgen of salt and a little bit of honey. After this, we should carefully blend them until smooth.
Step 2. Pour almond flour into the bowl, add the baking powder and peanut butter.
Step 3. We should knead the dough. It should be sticky and heavy. You can add 1-2 tablespoons of water.
Step 4. Make the balls of the same size, from the dough and put them in sesame. After that press to get the shape, which is typical of the cookie.
Step 5. Bake for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Get them out and let them cool down. Bon appetite! 🙂
