Can you provide with Ulisses Jr shoulder workout? from Tania Kharkevich
Hello! Recently I’ve read an article about Ulisses William Jr training tips – workout and diet plan for building muscle. The athlete is strong, has pumped up muscles and wide shoulders. I would like to have the same shapes. Frankly speaking, I attend the gym for about 2 years. But I am not used to working out hard. My fitness trainer says I could increase the load. Nevertheless, I used to train according to my workout routine.
So currently I have a fitness goal – to pump up the shoulders. I have the motivation, it is Ulisses William Jr. His body is an example of hard work. Of course, special diets have also contributed to his shapes. But currently, I am interested in workouts. My question is the following:
- Can you provide with Ulisses Jr shoulder workout? What is the secret of his muscles? How does fitness model manage to maintain such shapes?

Ulisses shoulder workout has the following structure. Doing them regularly you will pump up your shoulders. It is pretty intensive, so do not forget to warm up at first.
- Shoulder press: 5 sets of 12-15 repetitions
- Lifting dumbbells through the sides: 5 sets of 12-15 repetitions
- Arm Arnold: 5 sets of 12-15 repetitions
- Lifting dumbbells in front of you: 5 sets of 12-15 repetitions
- Back lift dumbbells: 5 sets of 12-15 repetitions
- Dumbbell Rugs (5 exercises for 12-15 repetitions)
- Final pull = vertical pull: 100 reps
