So, my question is quite simple. How to bake chicken breast in the right and healthy way? Yes, I want to bake it because I think that it is the healthiest way of cooking. So, guys, what can you recommend for me? It can be the spicy dish; it really doesn’t matter to me – it just must be tasty and not harmful at all. What garnish fit to that baked chicken recipe the best? How should it be served?

Hello, Wendy! I do believe that baked chicken is not only healthier but certainly tastier dish. My recipe is very simple. Take 4 chicken breast halves without bones and skin, season it with spices, sprinkle and rub with olive oil, put into the baking container. The oven must be preheated till 200C, bake first 10 minutes and then flip the chicken, bake for 15 minutes more. The smell in your kitchen will be so tempting! No comparison with the frying process. 191 calories only. Bon appetite!

Preparing a dietary chicken breast takes very little time, so your lunch or dinner will not only be useful, but you can also save time and spend it for a walk or hobby.

You need:

  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons prepared coarse-ground mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
