Welcome everyone, nice to meet you again! This is my pre-last question for today, and it is about one of my favourite food for nearly ten years – chicken. I like chicken very much, it is not so fat for me as pork, for example, it’s healthier than other types of mead, dietitian, and there are so many variants of preparing this type of meat, so that’s why I choose it.
So, my question is quite simple. How to bake chicken breast in the right and healthy way? Yes, I want to bake it because I think that it is the healthiest way of cooking. So, guys, what can you recommend for me? It can be the spicy dish; it really doesn’t matter to me – it just must be tasty and not harmful at all. What garnish fit to that baked chicken recipe the best? How should it be served?
