Hi! I’m 25 years old. Many people told me about 7-day cabbage soup diet and its results so I became interested in it. Probably, I will also try this diet but firstly I should know more about it. So, how many calories does this soup have? Is it really so helpful for losing weight? What is more, do you know some special rules about how to lose weight with the help of this diet?
