Hi! How are you, guys? How did you begin your morning? I hope that everything was okay. Because I have the same problem every morning: I don’t know what to eat during my breakfast time. I wanted to do pancakes this morning, but I realised that I do not know the best recipe for it.
Is it healthy, as, for example, banana pancakes? I’ve heard that there is diet food. However, at that moment I have not so much time to learn new recipes, so I decided to do it in my free time, and here I am. So, how to make banana pancakes? I actually had the exact same question a few days ago. I have surfed the net a lot, tried a hell number of recipes and even burned myself a few times. Thankfully, after all those obstacles, I did eventually found the right one.
Anyways, here is my favourite banana pancakes recipe:
Ingredients:
1. 3 bananas, mashed (use fork) in a bowl.
2. 2 eggs
3. coconut oil
4. cinnamon
5. almonds
Crake those egg you have and whisk their whites and yolks. Add the mashed beforehand bananas.
Take your pan and cover it with a little bit of prepared oil. Pour your recently made substance ( but make small circles, since it would be easier to flip) and fry per each side. Pour some maple syrup on top and add cinnamon and nuts (optional).

Hello! You really seem to like bananas. Here is the recipe I found on “Tasty” and have recently tried to cook. You need 2 bananas (avoid not ripe enough), 2 eggs, 2 teaspoons of vanilla powder, 70 grams of oats, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Mash and mix everything together until smooth. That`s that. I`m sure you know what to do with a skillet. 🙂 Decorate your pancakes with toppings you prefer, mind calories of course. Bon appetite!

I like pancakes very much too, so I can help you here. I have a recipe of low calories banana pancakes. They are flourless and gluten-free.
To make these pancakes you need only bananas, eggs, baking powder and a syrup, for example, maple syrup.
You need about 25 minutes to prepare everything and cook.
Well, then you should follow this instruction:
1. Crack eggs, add baking powder and whisk it.
2. Mash bananas and mix them with eggs and baking powder.
3. Cook pancakes on a medium heat.
4. Pour a syrup on it and enjoy the meal!

Here we go:
1½ large bananas, ripe to overripe (200g; 7 oz)
2 eggs
⅛ teaspoon baking powder
Maple syrup, butter, or blueberries, to serve
- In a mixing bowl, crack in the eggs and add in baking powder. And whisk to combine.
- In another bowl add in 1½ large bananas. Lightly mash with a potato masher or a fork, but not too much. There should be chunks of bananas to make fluffy pancakes. And use only ripe bananas.
- Pour wet mixture into mashed bananas and stir to combine.
- In a frying pan, cook mini pancakes over a medium low heat. 1 or 2 tablespoons of batter is enough for each mini pancake. When the baking powder is activated, flip it over and cook for about one minute more. Serve immediately when hot.

I just remembered some amazing pancake recipe.
Ingredients:
-2 medium bananas (mature as much as possible),
– 2 chicken eggs,
– 2 tablespoons of flour (ideally buckwheat, however they will leave each)
How to make?
Warmth the coconut oil in the pan.
Alternate fixings mix to a mass. Jump into a pan (the simplest method to do it in a dish with hollows for hotcakes, obviously it tends to be utilized on each). Cook on low warmth.

Hello Jane! You know, I am just a huge fan of pancakes, especially banana pancakes. I have this super cool recipe I use almost every morning for my breakfast. So< here you have, the best pancake recipe ever!
Dietetic banana cheese pancakes in the oven
Ingredients
– banana – 1 pcs
– cheese 0% – 400 g
– egg – 1 pcs
– oat bran – 2 tablespoons
– Poppy seeds – 2 tablespoons
– corn flour – 3 tablespoons (or you could replace it with an oat one)
– soda – 1/2 of teaspoon
Cooking method
Step 1. Blend egg with a banana.
Step 2. Put cheese and contents of the blender to the bowl and mix it.
Step 3. Add oat bran, corn flour and poppy seeds to the bowl.
Step 4. Pour lemon juice on the spoon with soda to get a chemical reaction and add this to the bowl. If you want to have more smooth cheese pancakes, then don’t add it.
Step 5. Next step is to mix everything properly together. Leave it for 10 minutes for oat brans to swell and for poppy seeds to became more nutritious.
Step 6. Form little round balls and round them in corn flour. Tread them down a little bit and send to the baking pan.
Step 7. Put them in the oven, heated to the 180°C, and bake for 30 minutes. Then, leave them for cooling down for 5 minutes. That’s it! Enjoy your meal!
