Greetings everybody from this website, I am Lorry. Actually, 3 days ago I decided to change something in my breaks because most of them have sweets and junk food in themselves and I don’t think that it is very good for my health, do you agree?

So, I have read on the internet that granola bars are one of the best variants of replacing sweets and junk food for your breaks or sometimes breakfast. It is made mostly out of oat, that is known as the most useful cereal. Oatmeal porridge is known to everyone, it is considered a useful dish for breakfast, available and very easy to prepare. I heard also that it is rich in protein compounds and fats, while it is gradually and easily absorbed by the body, relieving a person from feeling hungry for a long time. Oats and oat flakes are an excellent source of a number of vitamins. That is why I’m so interested in cooking it.

I have tried them a long time ago but I want to make my own healthy granola bar. I suppose it will be much more useful for my body than a bought one. So could you please tell me what ingredients are used and without harmful effects? Any recipes, dear?

Hello! What an interesting question. I must say, that just adore any bars recipes. A homemade bar is healthier than that one from a shop. It is less sweet and has less sugar.
All you need for granola is hiney, any type of nuts, and oats. What is amazing is that you can take it everywhere you want. Like work, school, university.
Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Flakes pours in one layer on a parchment paper lined baking pan. Roast them in the oven for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, put the honey and nutmeg in a medium-sized saucepan and heat it over medium heat. Remove the saucepan from the fire and quickly put into it roasted cereal and shredded delicacies. Mix everything well. Place the cake with butter or spray oil. Put a lot of granola inside and smooth out the surface. Wait for the mass to cool down. When this happens, cut it into smaller pieces. If it is too sticky to do this, put it in the fridge for half an hour.
