Hi everyone, my name is Holly. I work on my body because I want to lose some kilograms and make my body fit. I think everyone wants to look beautiful and I am not an exception. I have decided to follow the healthy diet and I have some questions about it.
Before, I used to eat everything that I wanted. I noticed that my health became dependant on what I eat. So I consulted the doctor who advised me to change my eating habits. Eating the right products, including fruits and vegetables would make their effect. So I decided to try to prepare smoothies – a perfect mix of vitamins useful for my health. But I would like to consult you before starting to prepare these amazing cocktails.
What are healthy smoothie recipes? Which fruits should I buy to make it? I like smoothies very much, I used to drink eat every day. But are all of them healthy? I hope you will tell me which of them are useful for health and for the figure. I’m waiting for your answers, thanks.
I truly understand you Holly. Smoothie is a very fresh and summer meal. You can choose it for breakfast bit needed something else to eat or just like a snack.
For a smoothie, you can choose everything you want. It depends on your taste. Whether you like something like banana and mango or spinach with kiwi. Here I will leave recipes for two of my favorites.
So what do you need?
For the first smoothie take:
3. Some berries
5. Water (a little bit)
After having all of this things please put all of this things into a blender and just mix. Do not forger fill a glass with this drink and put a mint on top.
For the second smoothie you need:
3. A little bit of spinach
4. Cold water
Prepare this shake as the previous one. Slice everything firstly, put into blender and mix. This time instead of mint put on top one leaf of fresh spinach.

Hello again! I can totally advise you to try green tea, banana and blueberry smoothie, it is re-e-eally healthy!
- 3 Tbsp water
- 1 green tea bag
- 2 tsp honey
- 1½ c frozen blueberries
- ½ med banana
- ¾ c calcium fortified light vanilla soy milk
1. Microwave water on high until steaming hot in a small bowl. Add tea bag and allow to brew 3 minutes. Remove tea bag. Stir honey into tea until it dissolves.
2. Combine berries, banana, and milk in a blender with ice crushing ability.
3. Add tea to blender. Blend ingredients on ice crush or highest setting until smooth. (Some blenders may require additional water to process the mixture.) Pour smoothie into tall glass and serve.
