What are the best healthy salad dressing recipes?

Hi, guys! I am here for new recipes. The summer is still outside, and I want to use fresh vegetables and fruits as much as possible. By the way, do you know where to buy vegetables and fruits? Do you prefer supermarkets or something like marts? So I have a plan, which every day I would do a new salad. However, I don’t know so many recipes.  What are the best dressing salad recipes? Which vegetables can I use to add to my salads? When should I better eat them? Waiting for your replies and feedback. Thanks!

Questions about salads are my favorite. Speaking about where to buy it, I choose supermarkets. But once a month I go to markets. There are actually a lot of different veggies and fruits. Of course, it depends, sometimes the supermarket has a wider variety.

For salads I usually use:

1. Lettuce, ruccola, spinach (fresh).

2. Cherry, tomatoes.

3. Cucumber

4. Cheese like feta or baby mozzarella

For such salad, I recommend very light and easy to make a dressing. Actually, I recommend this dressing mostly for all salads. 

So what do you need:

– olive oil

– cloves of garlic

– herbs (basilic, oregano)

– pepper and salt

– chili ( if you like)

– lemon juice

It's very easy to prepare. Just mix everything and voila!

Hello Greg, here are my advice:

Honey mustard vinaigrette salad dressing

Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Spicy brown Mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar. Whisk together, or if using a jar close and shake. Place in refrigerator to marinate for 2 hours minimum.

Spicy mustard vinaigrette salad dressing

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup red wine vinegar- such as zinfandel vinegar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tablespoons good extra virgin olive oil

Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar. Whisk together, or if using a jar close and shake. Place in refrigerator to marinate for 2 hours minimum.
