As a woman, Michelle matured rather late. For example, her breast growth slowly, and, in general, she was a skinny girl. It is hard to believe, but Michelle was a very screwed-up girl. She feels very embarrassed because of her body.

It is important to say, that she came there with her mother for the first time. During the first seven years of training, Michelle did only the legs exercises. As a result, her legs were out of proportion to the whole body. She had the big pumped legs, and, conversely, zero upper body strength.
You can not change the body in 1 day. You have to work hard every day to get your body into great shape. Michelle has been training since she was 17. And now, at the age of 32, she can proudly say that she has the body of her dreams. It is the body that she wanted. Of course, nowadays a lot of girls and women say that Michelle Lewin has the perfect shape.
