Fried potatoes with ribs and mushrooms + secret ingredient

We continue the preparation of delicious meals in the fresh air. Currently, we present crispy fried potatoes with ribs, mushrooms, and a secret ingredient. A crazy combination of flavors is what you need to eat delicious and filling!

  • potato
  • mushrooms
  • carrots
  • onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • beef ribs
  • beef tenderloin
  • sunflower oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • greens (fennel, parsley, thyme)
  • garlic

Method
 

  1. Add chopped greens, garlic, salt, and pepper to the butter. Blend thoroughly and set aside.
  2. Pour sunflower oil on a heated pan. When the oil heats up, add sliced ​​mushrooms, fry a little, add carrots, onions, and spices.
  3. When the mushrooms become golden, remove from the pan.
  4. Next, beef ribs and tenderloin go in the pan. Add salt and pepper, fry until fully cooked. Remove the meat part from the pan.
  5. After that, give the shredded potatoes in the pan, add salt and pepper while cooking.
  6. When the potatoes are cooked, add fried mushrooms and ribs. Mix thoroughly.
  7. It's time to add a secret ingredient – butter with greens and garlic. Cover with a lid, leave for a few minutes.
