  • 1 pc. Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 pc. Tomato
  • 2 tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 400 gr. Canned beans
  • 1 tsp. Cumin
  • 1 tsp. Oregano
  • 3/4 tsp. Salt
  • 3 pcs. Salad leaves
  • 3 pcs. Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 pcs. Lime
  • 1 pc. Avocado ripe


  • Peel the onions and garlic. Onion cut into thin half-rings, finely chop the garlic. Cut the tomato into cubes.
  • In a pan, heat 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, add the onion and fry over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring often. Then add chopped tomatoes, garlic, cumin, oregano, salt and cook for another 5 minutes. Tomato sauce should thicken.
  • Add beans from the jar (without liquid), and cook for about 3 more minutes.
  • So, the main filling is ready. Now prepare the vegetables – rinse the lettuce leaves, slice avocado and cherry tomatoes. You text the juice from half a lime.

Burrito with pumpkin and black beans


  • 1 head Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tsp Ground chilli
  • 2 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 430 g Black canned beans
  • ½ cup Water
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 piece Chipotle canned pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped cilantro coriander
  • 6 pieces tortillas


  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Add finely chopped onion and pass until soft for 3-5 minutes. Put the chopped garlic and cook another 30–60 seconds. Add chili powder and cumin and cook for about a minute.
  • Put the washed beans, water, and oregano. Salt and pepper and cook until almost all the liquid has evaporated.
  • Remove from heat and knead half the mass with a fork.
  • In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, finely chopped chipotle pepper and cilantro. Heat slightly over low heat or in a microwave.
  • On each cake, put a small amount of pumpkin puree and bean mass. Wrap and serve with salsa, sour cream and grated cheese.

Roasted Burrito with Pumpkin


  • 1 piece Butternut squash
  • 1 piece Zucchini
  • 1 piece Fresh corn
  • Olive oil to taste

  • 1 cup Vegetarian feta cheese


  • Mix tomatoes, chili, and garlic in a blender, not bringing to complete homogeneity.
  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and oregano, fry for 2 minutes. Add cauliflower, potatoes and prepared tomato sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. 
  • Cover, let simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the lid, let it simmer for another 5 minutes until the cauliflower and potatoes are soft. Add the cilantro.
  • Spread the mixture over the tortillas, place the rice on top and sprinkle with cheese. Fold the tortillas, leaving one end open.
